【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedasamanufacturingorlaboratoryprocesscontroltoolbyprovidingavisualcomparisonoftheabilitytoresistsolventbreak-throughagainstanestablishedcontrol.Thetestmethodisdesignedtoindicateapotentialproblemcausedbyanundercuredconditionbutdoesnotidentifywhatcausedthecondition.Thistestmethoddoesnotduplicatetheconditionsonaprintingpressbutdoesprovideameanstodeterminewhetherthetestsamplemeetsspecificationsasagreeduponbetweensupplierandcustomer.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheprocedureforevaluatingtherelativecureofprintedenergy-cured(ultravioletorelectronbeam)inkorcoatingbyamechanicalsolventrubtestusingamotorizedCrockmeter.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletolaboratoryandproductionprintsonanyflatsubstratethatisnothickerthan3mm(0.125in.),durableenoughtowithstandthetestconditions,andforwhichacontrol(reference)sampleisavailable.1.3Thistestmethodappliestocomparisonsbetweenenergy-curedinksandcoatingsofthesamechemistryandfilmweightandshouldnotbeusedtocomparedifferentinkorcoatingchemistriesorvariousappliedfilmweightswithoutfirstestablishingprocessperformance.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
