【摘要】:ThispartofISO1942definesgeneralandclinicaltermsusedindentistry;termsrelatingtodentalmaterials,instrumentsandequipment,andtermsassociatedwiththetestingofsuchpro-ductsareincorporatedinthefourotherpartsofthisInter-nationalStandard.EquivalenttermsanddefinitionsaregiveninbothEnglishandFrench.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoprovideaccepteddefinitionsforanumberoftermsusedindentistrythatcouldproveusefulforthecomprehensionofdocumentsaimingatthepreparationandimplementationofStandards,andtoimprovecommunication,throughclosecooperationwiththeFederationdentaireinternationale,theWorldHealthOrganizationandothernationalorinternationalinterestedorganizations.
