【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtocomparerelatedmaterialsundercontrolledconditionsandtheirabilitytomaintainagivencompressivestressasafunctionoftime.Aportionofthetorquelossontheboltedflangeisaresultofcreeprelaxation.Torquelosscanalsobecausedbyelongationofthebolts,distortionoftheflanges,andvibration;therefore,theresultsobtainedshouldbecorrelatedwithfieldresults.Thistestmethodmaybeusedasaroutinetestwhenagreeduponbetweentheuserandtheproducer.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesameansofmeasuringtheamountofcreeprelaxationofalaminatedcompositegasketmaterialatapredeterminedtimeafteracompressivestresshasbeenapplied.1.2Creeprelaxationismeasuredbymeansofacalibratedboltwithdialindicator.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
