【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofdeaeratorsassociatedwithsteamgeneratingplantandsteamturbineplantforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversalltypesofdeaeratorsinstalledinpowerplantswhosefunctionistoacceptcondensatefromtheLP(lowpressure)feedtrain,toheatanddeaeratethewatertoaspecifiedlevelandthensupplyitasfeedtothefeedpumps.Thefeedwaterstoragetankprovidesareservoirofdeaeratedfeedwatertosatisfysystemtransientandfeedpumpsuctionrequirements.ItalsoactsasareceivingvesselforHP(highpressure)heaterdrainsandfeedpumprecirculationflows.Thetermdeaeratorinthiscontextistakentoincludethedeaeratingtowerordome,thefeedwaterstoragetankandassociatedplant.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems;-predictedperformanceisachieved;-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry;-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
