适用范围
GB/T 15663《煤矿科技术语》分为11个部分。
本部分为GB/T 15663的第11部分。
本部分代替GB/T 15663.11-1995《煤矿科技术语 矿山电气工程》。
GB/T 15663的本部分规定了煤矿供电、煤矿用电气设备、煤矿主要电耗指标、煤矿监测与控制、煤矿通信、煤矿信息化等术语。
本部分适用于与煤矿电气有关的所有文件、标准、规程、规范、书刊、教材和手册。
本部分与GB/T 15663.11-1995相比，主要变化如下：
——将标准名称由《煤矿科技术语 第11部分：矿山电气工程》改为《煤矿科技术语 第11部分：煤矿电气》；
———修改了章题，将第2章的标题改为“煤矿供电”，第4章的标题改为“煤矿主要电耗指标”；
———按GB/T 1.1及GB/T 20001.1的要求，对标准的编写格式进行了相应修改；
———修改了原标准中3.4、3.5、3.6、3.7、3.9、3.14、3.15、3.16、3.17、3.18、3.19、3.20、3.21、3.22、3.23、3.24、3.37、3.53、3.54、3.55、3.56、3.61、3.64、3.66、3.67的术语名称及定义，并新增加了术语“最低点燃电压”，列为本版的3.65条，删除了原标准中的3.38条，使这些术语与现行
的关于“爆炸性气体环境用电气设备”的国家标准（等效采用ＩＥＣ 标准）相一致；
———适应目前煤矿供电系统和矿用电气设备的现状，对原标准中的3.41、3.47、3.50条的定义和3.52条的术语名称及定义作了修改，新增加了术语“地下工作面供电系统”、“矿用防爆型电动
机”、“矿用防爆型变频器”、“矿用防爆型软起动器”、“矿用防爆型负荷控制中心”和“矿用防爆
型动力负荷控制中心”分别列为本版的2.4、3.36、3.37、3.38、3.39和3.40条。并删除了原标准中的3.28、3.29、3.30、3.34、3.35、3.36和3.62条；
———在第5章和第6章中增加了一些新的术语并加以定义。新增加的术语并加以定义的条款是本版的5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4、5.5、5.6、5.7、5.8、5.9、5.10、5.13、5.20、5.21、5.25、5.26、5.31、5.38、5.39、5.40、5.41、5.42、5.43、5.44、6.16、6.17、6.18、6.19、6.20、6.21、6.22条。同时对原标准中的5.8、5.12条作了修改，然后列为本版的5.12、5.19条。还删除了原标准中定义过于笼统的5.1、5.2、5.3、5.5条。鉴于第5章条款的变化较大，没有变化的条款的排序和编号也相应作了调整；
———将第7章的标题改为“煤矿信息化”，删除了原标准中的7.1、7.3，将原标准中的7.2、7.4分别
列为本版的7.1、7.2，并新增加了术语“煤矿地理信息系统”列为本版的7.3。
